From Lawyer to Firm
A bit of history
It was in 1986, then a student in the 3rd year of Law, that Emmanuel BONNEMAIN pushed the door of the firm HAWADIER IZARD HAWADIER in ST RAPHAEL which initially welcomed him for a one-month internship … which will continue during the end of his studies at the Institute of Business Law of AIX EN PROVENCE and the regional center for professional training of lawyers.
7 years later, holder of a DEA in Business Law and CAPA, he first became the associate, then the partner until 2008.
In 2009, the firm BONNEMAIN emancipates itself and joins FREJUS where it settles first at the Florus, then from January 2012 at the Maison Bleue 139 rue Jean Jaurès, a few meters from the Palais de Justice de FREJUS where the Commercial Court, the Labour Court and the District Court sit.
Attached to the bar of DRAGUIGNAN, headquarters of the TGI, this city center firm pleads before all the jurisdictions of the Var, the Alpes Maritimes, the Bouches du Rhône and the Alpes de Haute Provence, but also, everywhere in France thanks to its network of correspondents.
The team
Gregory ROCA Lawyer
Registered at the DRAGUIGNAN Bar, Maître Grégory ROCA studied at the Faculty of Law of Aix-en-Provence. He obtained with honors a PhD after several years of research on the theme of protected adults (guardianship, curatorship, safeguarding justice, hospitalization under constraint).
He was also a lecturer at the University of Aix-en-Provence, Nîmes and Réunion for seven years as well as an assistant to the Guardianship Judge of the Nîmes District Court.
Today, he works mainly in the areas of family law and the protection of adults.
Cyprien LEFEUVRE Lawyer
Cyprien LEFEUVRE studied at the Faculty of Law of Aix-en-Provence. He obtained, with honors, a Diploma of Advanced Studies (D.E.A.) in Criminal and Criminological Sciences and a Doctorate after several years of research on issues related to international criminal law and international humanitarian law.
He has taught, in parallel, French and international criminal law, criminal procedure and civil law of obligations at the Faculty of Law of Aix-en-Provence and at a private organization preparing for the entrance exam at the Centre de formation à la profession d’avocat located in Aix-en-Provence and Nice.
In addition to these various activities, he developed his practical skills by working as a lawyer in a general law firm. At the end of these 13 years of experience, he was integrated into the legal profession by the Draguignan Bar Association.
Today, he works mainly in the areas of criminal law, personal injury compensation law and civil and commercial contract law.

JADE PARIENTI – Student Lawyer
Continuing its development, the Bonnemain Law Firm has just integrated Miss Jade PARIENTI who is completing her training as a Student Lawyer at the South-East Law School.
Holder of a Master II in Civil Procedure and Enforcement, Jade PARIENTI aims to complete the team as an associate from January 2022 after her swearing-in.
The Bonnemain Law Firm thus strengthens its dominant activity in commercial law and treatment of business difficulties, Jade PARIENTI having just completed additional training in insolvency proceedings within a Law Enforcement Office.
A welcome reinforcement that brings a touch of femininity within a Cabinet until then very masculine!
